ShareSpace Mobile LLC collects two types of user submitted information; content data used to create their mobile website such as images and text copy, and all the other data such as information collected during the signup/renewal processes, cookies, search inputs, traffic statistics, etc. Content data such as screen shots, page layout and design, and site functionality may be used for promotional purposes on our website and others, and remains the property of the individual user. ShareSpace Mobile only takes ownership of the second type of data.
In order to use this Site, a user must first complete the registration form. The information contained within the registration form is used to contact the user about services on our Site for which he/she has expressed interest. This information includes, but is not limited to a user’s mobile phone number and email address in order to provide the services requested by the user.
We request information from the user on our payment forms. The information contained within the payment form is used for billing purposes. This information includes, but is not limited to the user’s contact information and certain financial information (i.e. credit card number/expiration date, PayPal account information). Should any difficulties arise in processing an order, the payment form information is used to contact the user.
As users’ mobile sites are viewed and subscribed to by consumers, Ruxter maintains a database of subscriber mobile phone numbers. In order to maintain the privacy of subscriber’s personal information, while maintaining the utility of Ruxter’s service offerings, subscriber mobile phones numbers are anonymized and presented as aggregate information to Ruxter users. We collect and store information through cookies and log files, to create a profile of our users. A profile is information stored in a database detailing an individual user’s viewing preferences. Accordingly, collected information is tied to the users personally identifiable information in an effort to improve the content of the Site for the user and tailor a user’s visit to our Site. This profile is also used to provide offers and to direct pertinent marketing promotions to users. Please note that subscriber mobile phone numbers are shared in aggregate form only to Ruxter customers while using Ruxter’s service.
3.Third Party Advertising
Like most standard websites, we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information.
Communication from the Site
1. Special Offers and Updates
We may send all new subscribers a welcoming text message to verify their phone information. Established users may occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, or a newsletter. In an effort to respect the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
2. Service Announcements
On rare occasions, it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement. As an example, were we to temporarily suspend our service for maintenance we might send users an email. As these communications are not promotional in nature, users may generally not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account.
3. Customer Service
We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via email, phone, or text message, as needed, or in accordance with the users’ wishes if specified.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Site or its owners.
2. Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We may on occasion; share aggregated demographic information with our business partners. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information or used for any direct connections to users.
We will share users’ personal information in these instances:
a) Third Party Intermediaries
We use a credit card processing company (e.g. PayPal) and/or telecommunications service providers to bill users for goods and services. These companies may retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
b) Business Transactions
In the event Ruxter or the Site goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of a portion of its assets, users’ personal information will in most instances be part of the assets transferred. Users will be notified by email seven (7) days prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information. If as a result of the business transition, the users’ personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.
Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information shared with third parties or used for purposes not directly related to our Site at the point where we ask for information. For example, our registration form has an “opt-out” mechanism so users who register with us, but don’t want any marketing material, can keep their email address off of our lists. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by changing their settings on the “User Accounts” page.

We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as, phone number, email etc.), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users’ personally identifiable information.
